Project Description
In collaboration with BLM, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, and the Sublette County Conservation District, Y2 managed the upland and riparian vegetation data collection, to reauthorize grazing on allotments encompassing approximately 80,000 acres of private and BLM-managed lands.
Y2 has also worked with the ranch, non-government organizations, Wyoming State Lands and Investments, federal agencies, and Wyoming Game and Fish to develop and implement a wildlife habitat management strategy including wildlife-friendly fence conversions, water developments, wetland developments, vegetation treatments, and adaptive agricultural practices.
Y2 provided civil engineering services on designing points of diversion and a potential center pivot irrigation structure.
