Services Areas Planning Project Description Evansville, WY (2020 – 2021) Western is conducting an interdisciplinary, multi-modal traffic study of three intersections and connecting corridors in Evansville, Wyoming. Services include transportation planning, traffic and safety, and utility engineering evaluations, as well as natural resources inventory and landscape architecture evaluations.
