Services Areas Planning Project Description Cheyenne, WY — 2020 Under a TAP grant from WYDOT, Western completed 100% design for two non-motorized trails totaling 2.1 miles in length. The proposed 0.6-mile Avenues Connector Trail will complete a 10’ wide by 6” thick concrete urban bike/pedestrian shortcut around Cheyenne Airport. The 1.5-mile-long CB&Q Rail Trail includes trailhead parking, street furniture, and interpretive signage for the historic rails and rail bed. Services Areas Planning Project Description Lincoln County, WY — 2020 Western assessed current non-motorized facilities, travel barriers, and forecast needs for bicycle, pedestrian, ADA, safe routes to school, and wayfinding signage for the community of Cokeville, an area of about 650 residents. Western provided community and school travel surveys and developed travel demand models of bicycle and pedestrian travel patterns.
