Project Description

Y2 provided survey, civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering services for the reconstruction of Fire Station #1 in Jackson. The project started as a major remodel and evolved into total reconstruction. The scope of services on the project changed several times and Y2 engineers adapted to the new requirements and completed the project on time despite significant and numerous design changes. Tasks for the project were water, sewer, and stormwater system design; site grading design; and full-service structural design.
