Environmental Assessment and Grazing Team Permit Renewal – Eureka County, NV

Y2 collected all rangeland field data on two grazing allotments using approved BLM methodologies in 2017. The team then performed all the analysis and reporting to complete the Land Health Evaluation and compare to the standards of rangeland health for the State of Nevada which included reviewing key wildlife species and their habitats. Y2 used the Nevada SWAP to coordinate this information and ensure consistency in the development of the EA. Y2 was the project lead for the BLM ID Team in the development of the EA and developed the proposed action, alternatives, existing condition reports, and gathered all necessary information from BLM specialist reports to develop the EA document.  Y2 addressed public comments and developed the FONSI, the Record of Decision, and maintained the decision record for the project.
