They were formed in 1941 and serve about 108 residences in the southernmost region of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Lathrop Road Traffic Study
Members of the Y2 team conducted an interdisciplinary, multi-modal traffic study of three intersections and connecting corridors in Evansville, Wyoming. Services include transportation planning, traffic and safety, and utility engineering evaluations, as well as natural resources inventory and landscape architecture evaluations. An FHWA-standard Safety Audit was conducted as part of the evaluation, as well as public involvement outreach.
