Services Areas Engineering, Survey Project Description Torrington, WY — 2020 Western was the lead project civil engineer and surveyor for this new medium security prison built in Torrington, Wyoming for the Wyoming Department of Corrections. Western provided all of the grading and drainage design for the site. We also designed the water and sewer lines, roadway and parking lot design, construction management, and cost estimating for the five building compound.
